Rules & Conditions concerning Cancellation or Postponement
§ Remember that your appointment is mandatory and the following conditions apply:
§ In principle, appointments can be cancelled or postponed up until 24 h in advance.
§ Appointments on Monday can only be cancelled or postponed until preceding Friday at 6 pm without any additional costs.
§ If the appointment cannot take place and needs to be cancelled or postponed, e.g. owing tounsuitable outfits etc., the basic tarif for the shooting booked will be charged.
§ Appointments cancelled or postponed at very short notice will also be charged according tothe shooting scheduled in the first place. Exception: illness.
How can I cancel or postpone my appointment?:
Email us a short message about the appointment to be cancelled or postponed. We will delete your appointment, and you may reschedule a new one if you wish to. Emails are also checked after business hours.
In case of "No Shows" without prior notice, the basic tarif of the shooting booked will be invoiced. If the invoice is not balanced within the delay indicated, it be will cashed by an external company operating internationally and additional charges may apply.
Payment
All our flat rates are in CHF and always apply to one person!
Exceptions: Lounge Package 15, 30 and 45
No payment by instalments.
Invoice options strictly reserved to corporate clients!
Rates for several persons:
Special rates apply to a larger amount of persons, e.g. for corporate photos etc.

Copyrights
As a rule, full payment is due at the end of the shooting.
As a rule, copyright starts after full payment.
If payment has not yet been completed, photographic material must not be used or published and remains property of
Studiolounge.
No refund, eg. if time booked has not been fully used.
Payment in cash (CHF), with Twint, or by card:
Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, V-Pay, American Express and Postfinance are accepted.
TWINT, G Pay and Apple Pay are also accepted.
Cash payments in foreign currencies are not possible.
Additional services, e.g. additional Topshots etc. optionally by prepayment or invoice.
